Oops! I missed a thing: One other point that did not make it into the video and is vitally important to address – There was not nearly enough programming for people of color, nor were there that many people of color in attendance. This is a huge problem, particularly that this is a free conference in a city that has a large non-white population. This says there is not much being done to engage the local community and that’s hugely problematic.
